-Every child will be bringing home a reading story, spelling words, and vocabulary words every Monday, unless there is a holiday or shortened week.  The reading book and vocabulary signature sheet needs to signed and returned the very next day.

-Each student should be reading for at least ten minutes a night with their AR books.

-Practice basic addition and subtraction facts nightly!

-Other homework will be distributed as needed.

- Reading and spelling test are given every Friday morning.

- Social Studies and Science test are given at the end of every unit. These test are read to the class by the teacher.

- Math test are also given at the end of every unit.  Math test are explained to the class before they are started.

- Review problems and questions are given to every student before a unit test.  These questions and problems are related closely to the test. Please go over these problems with your child.
