Coolidge Elementary School serves grades K-5 and has around 600 students enrolled making it the largest of the three District 158 elementary schools. An large addition and renovation project was completed in the Fall of 2018. In this addition, Coolidge history and tradition were preserved by including historical pieces from 1928 in the brand new building. Furthermore, every classroom is equipped with technology to engage students in learning. “It takes a village to raise a child” is evident at Coolidge because the teachers, staff and administration consistently work together with the parents, families and community members to benefit children. Academic growth and positive behavior based on trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship are expected from all students.
