At Oak Glen Elementary School we strive to educate the whole child. Not only does our staff have a strong focus and commitment to creating rich, engaging lessons aligned to the Common Core Standards, we ensure our students social emotional needs are met every single day. It is our belief and philosophy that every student who enters our “den” is our student, regardless of their grade level or homeroom teacher. At Oak Glen our staff collaborates to ensure every student is receiving a rich and meaningful education as well as knowing they are loved and cared for. We want all of our Grizzly students to tackle risks and challenges with confidence and make a difference in our world. Oak Glen lives by the creed “Safe, Respectful, & Responsible,” and that is what you will see displayed by our staff and students. Please do not hesitate to come in, visit some classrooms, and volunteer. We are all in this together. Our kids deserve it!
